I can help you develop or refine the design and/or floor plan of your large or small building project. With this architectural/design phase completed, I can then draught the plans required for building consent.
With the full set of plans, you can then see the whole thing in a greater light. This helps to further refine any design aspects until your fully satisfied.
I can also get the building consent on your behalf if you do not wish to.
I am available for all: technical and specialist discussions, as well as: free advice about your future plans requirements.
Communication
On-site personal visit if necessary, or: Photos and scans of sketches can be attached to e-mails by the client. This new age of digital cameras, scanner/printers and e-mail home facilities, effectively puts us all together in the same great big global room.
It allows us to communicate easily and in great detail, affording me the ability to do my job with ease and you to receive the plans with minimum rigmarole.
Some phone contact is always necessary as well, and for this, I am open from 8am to 9pm six days per week.
