I have over sixteen years of experience operating full time professionally producing plans for building consents. This has also included architectural design work, as my list of diversity continues to evolve, with a total of nineteen years full time experience in the engineering field.
I have had direct experience with all aspects to do with the recently updated ‘National building industry’. This crucial experience was obtained from having been practising independently, full time in the architectural draughting profession, throughout this transition during 2007 to 2010.
I hold a design licence (www.lbp.govt.nz: LBP: Licence number 110153) qualifying me as competent in the field of architectural design and draughthing.

The plans are not legally buffered by a Limited Liability Company (LTD). This assures all potential future clients of my: integrity: competence: and personal confidence to stand directly by my own work.
Contract-Guarantee
I have a contract that protects us both. I guarantee that my plans shall obtain the building consent. This contract also incorporates and details the quote.
Bonus
Minimal operating-overheads-savings (home-office), creates the equivalent savings (with new house plans) -- (compared to some competitors) to that of an over-seas holiday.
My Customer Service skills
Naturally I had to learn every aspect involved to become independent. The most interesting of all of these aspects, was the customer service interaction communication skills. I have developed and refined a manner and procedure with five years of hindsight, of which now functions wonderfully. The most fascinating aspect of this area of skill, is the variety of kinds of people I have catered to as my clients.
